As a Property Manager Team Leader: you will be integral in overseeing the property management team, driving performance, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Your role will focus on maximizing income opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering robust client relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize Income Opportunities: Drive current and future income potential by ensuring the team focuses on referrals and recommendations.
Performance Monitoring: Oversee and assess team performance against targets and service levels.
Process Improvement: Implement and reinforce changes to processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Management: Lead and provide direction to a team of 3-6 property managers.

ARLA Qualification: Desirable but not essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent telephone communication skills.
Administrative Skills: Accurate and efficient administrative abilities.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
Adaptability: Quick to learn and adhere to procedures.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required.
