  • Prepare for, attend and contribute to marketing and PR meetings.
  • Keep the Crest Nicholson website up to date and produce digital media analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and report on development marketing budgets.
  • Prepare, co-ordinate and maintain development sales, advertising, signage.
  • Work with third-party agencies to deliver an efficient and effective marketing strategy.
  • Prepare the marketing pre-plan for developments and be responsible for the sales launch and subsequent sales promotions, launches and marketing.

  • Minimum two years of marketing management experience.
  • A sound knowledge of print, digital and PR management, as well as organising and promoting events and launches.
  • An understanding of the housing market, especially new home developments.
  • Excellent communication and market research skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar would be great.
