Delivering training: You will support the design and delivery of engaging HR and management training sessions that build capability and confidence in our clients’ teams. Collaborating with senior colleagues: You will work closely with the People Strategy Partner on more complex projects and people strategies, gaining valuable exposure to strategic consultancy work. Building trusted relationships: You will take time to understand our clients’ cultures and challenges, ensuring they feel supported, informed and confident in every interaction. Embracing technology and automation: You will use digital tools, automation and AI to enhance efficiency, accuracy and insight, helping us deliver high quality and modern consultancy support. Contributing to our growth : As part of a small but ambitious team, you will bring initiative, ownership and a can do attitude. You will thrive in an environment where everyone contributes, learns and takes pride in getting things done. About You: You are a practical and people focused HR professional who takes pride in helping others and seeing things through.
