The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist willensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the Secure byDesign initiative within the Cyber Resilience Programme. The QA Specialist willbe responsible for developing and implementing QA processes, conductingrigorous testing, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Quality AssuranceProcesses:
o Develop andimplement comprehensive QA processes and standards tailored to the Secure byDesign initiative.
Testing andEvaluation:
o Design andexecute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to ensure software andsystems meet defined requirements.
o Conduct manualand automated testing to identify and document defects, ensuring they areaddressed before deployment.
· o Ensure alldeliverables comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and organisationalstandards.
o Prepare andmaintain detailed QA documentation, including test cases, test results, anddefect logs.
· o Work closely withproject managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure QA processes areintegrated throughout the project lifecycle.
o Communicatefindings and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure the higheststandards of quality and security.
o Continuouslymonitor and improve QA processes based on feedback, industry best practices,and emerging threats.
o Stay current withevolving QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure ongoingrelevance and effectiveness.
o Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o Minimum of 5years’ experience in quality assurance, preferably within a cyber securityenvironment.
· o Strongunderstanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
o Proficiency inmanual and automated testing tools (e.g., o Experience withtesting frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Experience withAgile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
· Knowledge ofsecure coding practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
