Located in one of London's most renowned areas, this restaurant is due to open later this year. The restaurant will be centred around Italian flavours with stunning presentation.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Restaurant General Manager to be involved from the start.
As the Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will be
* Responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant and management of team
* Involved in building, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing
* Working alongside the Head Chef ensuring a strong line of communication between FOH and BOH
* Hands on and detail led
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer
* Advising customers on the menu and demonstrating an in depth knowledge of Italian cuisine
Our ideal candidate would
* Have a minimum of 3 years at Assistant Restaurant General Manager level or above within a high quality restaurant
* Ideally have experience with Italian cuisine
* Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
* Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team
* Have excellent communication, admin and organizational skills
* Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed
* Demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solve
