Joy Limited - UK Distributor for Moroccanoil are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our dynamic, fast paced team as we enter an exciting new phase of growth.

We are looking for a forward thinking organised individual, who is a natural team player with strong communication skills, a passion for driving results, with great enthusiasm and attention to detail to join our sales & marketing team.

The Key Account Executive must have a passion for driving results, be customer oriented and be eager to perform. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic executive who wants to gain further experience in account management.

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for day to day account management of our trade customers, responsible for activating and implementing JBP, monitoring results, driving new initiatives, implementation merchandising strategies and co-ordinating activations.

They will travel with Sales & Marketing Director to key meetings across UK and Ireland.

They will also do field visits through UK and Ireland for market research and implementation of strategy.

The ideal candidate would be

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.

- Experienced in project management, with excellent organisation skills.

- Numerate, with the ability to understand and interpret sales data.

- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- A highly organised individual.

? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The right person to join our marketing and sales team must be experienced, self-managing and able to work to deadlines. Also, will have strong communication skills, is enthusiastic, pays sharp attention.
