About the role
In this dynamic role, you will be working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Customer Success, External Communications, Product, Industry & Sector Specialisms, Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Information Security and Data Privacy. You will support the development and delivery of internal communication plans that align with our strategic objectives, foster a cohesive organisational culture, and drive employee engagement.
Your role will involve crafting clear, engaging, and inspiring messages that translate complex business information into accessible content. By building strong relationships with stakeholders, you will ensure our communications are reflective of our values and support our mission. You will play a key role in managing change communications, promoting customer-centric practices, and measuring the effectiveness of our communication efforts to drive continuous improvement.
About You:
We are looking for a seasoned communications professional with significant experience in internal communications, particularly within customer-facing, technology and operational contexts. Understanding of the vocational and technical training sector and industry would be a real benefit in this role but not essential. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders is essential, as is your skill in crafting compelling and strategic content. You should be adept at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and utilising digital communication tools effectively. A passion for promoting a customer-centric culture and driving engagement is key.
