About the role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you thrive in a supportive and dynamic educational environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you As an SEN TA with a specialism in SEMH, you will be an integral part of our team, providing crucial support to children with SEMH needs.
You will work closely with small groups of children or provide 1-on-1 support, helping them navigate their educational journey. The role is set to begin in September, and you will be welcomed into a warm and supportive school community. Your contributions will be pivotal in helping our students achieve their full potential both academically and emotionally.

• Relevant qualifications and experience in SEMH.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs in both group and 1-on-1 settings.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure holistic support for each student.
• Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
