We're looking for a motivated person to join an established team, willing to take on a Service Desk Lead role further down the line.
This is what you'll be doing:
Working on a shift basis with the support team (8 till 2pm or 2 till 8pm) you'll:
Deliver professional customer service and ensure a fast and efficient response
Manage case notes on an internal CRM
Answer inbound emails and calls regarding support issues
Work closely with other members of the team and escalate cases when needed
As a lead you'd also be the point of contact for escalations and help mentor junior members of the team
Upgrading sites remotelyThe experience you'll bring to the team:
Excellent knowledge of Windows/Android operating systems
ITIL V3/V4 background
Comfortable troubleshooting hardware/handheld devices
Strong Technical Support experience ideally within a similar environment
Experience of MS SQLAre you up to the challenge?
This is a permanent role with the expectation of working in the South Wales and Bristol sites throughout the week. You'd operate on a shift basis (see above) with 1 day WFH.
