Business Development Executive

Base £23-27K - £35-£40 OTE
Based near Fareham
Established over 11yrs ago my client has organically grown their business to be a leading provider of financial solutions for companies up and down the country. Due to growth and impending relocation to new offices they are now looking to welcome a new Business Development Executive to the business. Alongside business development you will also be provided an existing client base to manage and build upon.
Experience in Asset Finance is not required but a desire to learn and grow is essential. This is a challenging role but under expert supervision you will be enhancing your skills and knowledge to advance your career with a structured development path.
Day-To-Day role:
* Working with new prospects to raise the awareness of my clients offerings
* Managing existing clients and develop relationships
* Creating quotations and proposals for lenders
* Liaising with lenders
* Building knowledge of the asset finance industry
Requirements:
* A natural inclination for making calls and engaging with clients, displaying excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* An inherent drive to meet and exceed targets, demonstrating your ambition and determination in a competitive industry.
* Methodical working practices
