Role Overview

As a sales executive with Kynex, you'll be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services. Your main goal is to ignite interest and pave the way for our sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify them on their telecommunications needs
  • Building and managing positive customer relationships
  • Listening to customer requirements, noting down all the information needed to create the perfect solution
  • Hitting KPIs and targets
  • Following our proven sales process and script
  • Contributing to sales team weekly, monthly, and annual targets

  • A confident and articulate communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make connections
  • Strong persuasion skills with the ability to engage prospects and overcome objections
  • Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and keep pushing for success
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment
