Our client is a vibrant, forward-thinking, and driven building contractor. They have established themselves as a reputable entity, specialising in a comprehensive range of building and refurbishment contracts for both public and private clients.
Operating across a wide range of sectors including Leisure, Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and Education, undertaking contracts up to £15m, they offer a professional approach throughout every phase of the project, from design and pre-construction to construction and aftercare.
They are now recruiting for a Senior QS to join their business.
As the Senior QS, your role will involve:
Cost control and value management strategies.
Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
Manage cash flow.
Manage subcontractor payments.
Provide guidance on contractual issues.
Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
