About the Role


InnoForge are hiring a Head Of Sales for a client specialising in digital solutions for shared mobility. This role focuses on driving sales growth and developing markets across Europe & The UK.


Key Responsibilities


  • Management : Lead and mentor the sales team, creating a high-performance culture and promoting teamwork.
  • Drive Sales Growth : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the public transport and corporate sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management : Nurture relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.


Preferred Experience


  • Solid experience in selling SaaS products in to the Mobility sector.
  • Proven success in managing teams and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven track record as a sales leader.
  • Native Level English


Desirable


  • Experience with transportation industry tenders.
  • Knowledge of On-Demand Mobility and public transport trends.
