A global influencer marketing agency is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and grow its own brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how the company tells its story, builds partnerships, and positions itself as a leading voice in the creator economy. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of B2B marketing , from strategy and content to events, PR, and thought leadership. This is an in-house role focused entirely on promoting the agency itself — not its clients — and will suit someone with a passion for storytelling, creativity, and building brand awareness within the marketing and advertising space. Role: Marketing Manager Salary: £50,000 per annum Location: 3 days per week, onsite, Central London What you’ll be doing: Develop and execute the agency’s B2B marketing strategy , driving awareness and engagement across key markets Manage all brand communications including PR, thought leadership, and partnerships Oversee the agency’s digital channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletter) to ensure consistent messaging and tone Create marketing content such as blogs, case studies, and video assets that position the agency as an industry thought leader Coordinate events, sponsorships, and award entries to grow visibility within the marketing community Work closely with leadership to define positioning, messaging, and creative direction for the brand What you’ll need: 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, communications, or brand management , ideally within the marketing, advertising, or media sectors Strong understanding of content marketing, PR, and digital strategy Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to bring ideas to life Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders Proactive, creative, and able to translate strategy into action What’s on offer: Remote-first working with flexibility and creative autonomy Opportunity to lead the marketing vision of a globally recognised agency Collaborative culture that values ideas and innovation Competitive salary and benefits package Exposure to the creator economy, social trends, and global brand partnerships If you’re a strategic marketer with a passion for storytelling and want to build a respected B2B brand within the creator and influencer space, this is a role where you can make a lasting impact.
