THE COMPANY:


We are working with an international financial service provider who support corporate and institutional clients across the globe. They are looking for a Compliance Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.







THE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supporting in the development of the Compliance monitoring plan.
  • Performing activities in coherence with the Compliance monitoring plan;
  • Providing pro-active Compliance advisory support to the firm
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring their timely implementation and communication to stakeholders;
  • Supporting the promotion of Compliance awareness in the firm through staff training
  • Participating in and developing key Compliance processes and procedures.
  • Support the development of internal procedures;
  • Assisting and supporting with investigations and internal audit reviews.
  • Building strong relationships with Group Compliance colleagues at other sites and supporting in developing awareness about UK activities and the regulatory environment; and
  • Supporting in communicating with and/or reporting to the FCA.










EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • 2-4 years Generalist compliance experience (across regulatory compliance and/ or financial crime).
  • Experience within a corporate or investment banking environment dealing with corporate and institutional clients across various product lines.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office setting (3 days office, 2 home)
  • NO SPONSORSHIP IS CURRENTLY BEING OFFERED FOR THIS ROLE
