Claimont Health is a CQC registered unique Mental Health service provider in the Private Sector, predominantly providing person centred, holistic services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home. We offer a tailored service, providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement client's needs.
We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Mental Health Support Workers who have worked with a range of mental health conditions including Personality Disorder (EUPD), Autism and ADHD. If you have proven experience with adults with Learning Disabilities, we want to hear from you.
You will need to be able to provide all round support based at the individuals home or within an acute setting to join our team on a permanent or 0-hour contract basis.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 1 year or more experience as a Learning Disabilities Support Worker
- Experienced working with people with EUPD, ADHD, Diabetes.
- Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard.
- Commitment to delivering client specific care.
- Adaptable approach to support client and family members.
- Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
- Must be a driver
Claimont Health is specifically recruiting female applicants only in keeping with the positive action provision within the Equality Act 2010 order to meet patient needs and employee safety. This post is exempt under the Employment (Sex Discrimination) Act 2000, Section the (s9(2)(f)) Personal welfare and counselling which constitutes a Genuine Occupational Qualification. The role involves working with service users where there is a risk assessment identifying the need for a female candidate.
