Business Development Manager
£60-65,000 pa
Hybrid working, based in Aberdeen
 
An exciting opportunity as a Business Development Manager has arisen with an ambitious travel management company.
Part of a small team, this role is to win profitable business in line with individual targets
To promote the brand to a targeted audience
The ability to present, attend client meetings and network across Scotland is required
To develop a strategic pipeline of business leads to assist with the future growth of the company
Self-source and convert business leads into trading accounts
Track leads and document interactions with prospects through the CRM database
Prepare and present business documents, including presentations both internally and externally
Establish and develop strong client relationships
Demonstrate good business acumen especially in the areas of Margin
Assist the Head of Business Development in achieving short, medium and long term goals for the business
Establish strong relationships within internal departments  
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience
Travel experience is preferred but not essential
Proven ability to close the deal, get in front of decision makers
Use of Salesforce advantageous or CRM systems
