The Role We’re hiring experienced recruitment consultants who know how to perform at the top of their game. You’ll partner with founders and leadership teams at the forefront of blockchain and artificial intelligence, building world-class teams across technical, product, commercial, and leadership functions. Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, sourcing, candidate management, and deal closing Build long-term client relationships within the Web3 and AI ecosystem Identify, engage, and headhunt exceptional talent across engineering, product, and commercial roles Consistently deliver at a high level in a competitive, fast-moving market Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience at a high-growth recruitment agency as a consistent top biller Proven track record of strong billings in an agency recruitment environment Experience recruiting in technology (Web3, AI, fintech, or related sectors preferred) Strong business development capabilities and ability to establish new client partnerships Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, resilience, and competitive edge Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills What We Offer Uncapped earning potential with a market-leading commission structure Full autonomy and trust — no unnecessary micromanagement Warm client base in Web3 and AI, with resources to support further business development International scope with exposure to clients across multiple regions A chance to scale with a growing agency in one of the most exciting niches in recruitment If you’re a top performer looking to maximize your potential in a high-growth, high-value market, we want to hear from you.
