Account Manager Location: Surrey (hybrid 3 x days PW on site) Salary: 45k-55k Job Summary Our client is a leading packaging manufacturer for the most luxurious beauty brands in the industry, and they are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships while coordinating projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery. This role includes day-to-day client communication, preparing quotations, overseeing project workflow, and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts. It is well-suited to someone with experience in the packaging, carton, or print manufacturing sector who enjoys managing client accounts and supporting commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for allocated customer accounts and maintain ongoing communication. Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition alongside managing existing accounts. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from quotation and order placement through to production and delivery. Prepare accurate costing, estimates, and proposals for client review. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams such as production, design, estimating, and logistics to ensure projects run smoothly. Track and report on project progress, account performance, and customer feedback. Visit client sites when required to support discussions and strengthen relationships. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Proven background in account management or sales within packaging, cartons, or print manufacturing. Experience working with premium or luxury packaging is beneficial. Understanding of sustainable packaging and environmentally responsible production practices. Knowledge of CAD, artwork proofing, or print processes is advantageous. Awareness of industry trends and developments. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
