Management Accountant - High Growth Global Online Services CompanyHybrid role / Salary: Up to £50,000 + Excellent BenefitsAn innovative and fast growing e-commerce business is seeking a motivated Management Accountant to support its continued expansion. With a strong global presence and consistent year-on-year growth, the company is developing its commercial finance capability to match its ambitions.This role is ideal for a qualified or part qualified accountant who will play a key role in producing accurate and timely management information, supporting strategic decision making, and improving financial performance across the business. The successful candidate will also mentor and support junior team members to help build a strong foundation in finance.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of management accounts including journals, accruals, and reconciliationBalance sheet reconciliations and resolving historical itemsBusiness partnering and supporting senior management with financial insightsAssisting with audits, tax returns, and financial reportingMonitoring cash flow, forecasts, and supporting cash managementMentoring junior finance staff and contributing to process improvementsRequirements:Qualified, part qualified or finalist in ACCA, CIMA or equivalentProven experience in management accounting or financial analysisStrong Excel and ERP skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to handle complex dataExcellent communication and organisational skillsWhat is on Offer:Hybrid working flexibilityCompetitive salary up to £50,000Generous holiday allowanceAdditional wellness and life event leaveOpportunities for social engagementRewards linked to length of service including travel credits and sabbaticalsWhat’s next?
