About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. Our company is a market leader in producing high-quality natural ventilation systems, louvres, grilles, diffusers, and acoustic products.
Job Description:
The role involves working alongside our sales team by taking a proactive approach to selling our full range of ventilation equipment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into an external sales representative role.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Sell company products to current customers
Produce own quotations
Follow up quotations to secure orders and gain feedback
Identify, generate, and develop new sales leads
Raise sales orders, ensuring attention to detail
Liaise with production and site to manage own projects
Ensure a healthy and happy customer relationship is maintained
Support the wider team with ad hoc admin duties as required
Person Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent team player
Confident and proactive
Keen eye for detail
Commercial awareness and customer-focused
Strong desire to succeed and progress
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a construction/manufacturing environment
