That being said, Class People also have a partnership with Partners in Bristol who can offer a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, which give you the knowledge needed to kickstart your career within schools.
Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide support to individual students or small groups, ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Help create and maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
* Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
* Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting.
* A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.
Qualification:
While qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 are desirable and advantageous, they are not essential. We welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong commitment to enhancing and a strong commitment to enhancing the educational experience for children.
