Job title: Project Manager - Digital Transformation Location : Paddington Contract Length: 6 months (likely to extend) Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Project Manager - Digital Transformation , on behalf of a well known company in the FMCG (food) sector. Job Role You will be the single point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of our global Digital Demand Transformation portfolio. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, execution excellence, and high-level stakeholder management across all related initiatives. The role is responsible for: Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead the overall transformation roadmap, translating it into clear, sequenced workstreams with defined KPIs and milestones. Drive execution to balance speed, quality, and long-term sustainability. Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain a consistent governance framework to track progress, risks, and dependencies. Provide transparent, regular reporting and insights on KPIs and benefits realization to senior leadership. Capability & Improvement: Own the design and global rollout of capability programs and new ways of working. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring regions are equipped with the tools and knowledge to sustain digital adoption. Integrated Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary partner and coordinator across Finance, Digital Technologies, Regional Marketing, Sales, and all external agencies/vendors. Ensure integrated execution and alignment on strategic priorities. The Way We Work: You will work closely with the Digital Demand Transformation leadership to prioritize initiatives and unblock challenges. You will partner with functional capability leads (PESO Media, Consumer Care, Data, etc.) to ensure projects are connected and sequenced effectively. A core part of the role is working side-by-side with regional teams to embed new ways of working while ensuring global consistency. Requirements for this position: Extensive progressive experience in program and project management, with significant leadership in large-scale digital transformation within global, matrixed organizations. Proven expertise in managing portfolios across a diverse scope, including media, digital marketing, commerce, CRM, consumer care, content automation, and measurement. Strong track record in establishing and running effective PMOs and governance structures that drive accountability and speed-to-value.
