Job Title: Climate and Digital Solutions Business Development Manager
Job Purpose: As a Climate and Digital Solutions Business Development Manager, your mission is to professionally promote and sell our Company's specialized Climate and Digital Solutions to existing and potential customers. By championing customer requirements both internally and externally, you will contribute to achieving our strategic objectives, including profitable growth, while ensuring the highest levels of customer service within contractual agreements.
Key Activities & Accountabilities:
Drive awareness of our Digital Solutions, generate leads, and engage customers to increase revenue.
Manage key accounts, establish senior-level contacts, and foster relationships across all departments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to grow revenue and margin through the full range of services.
Identify and pursue additional opportunities within the client base for new services.
Develop and maintain customer development plans, monitoring client activity, and providing management information.
Deliver presentations to prospective clients and contribute to sales meetings.
Facilitate prompt resolution of complaints and queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings at all levels within key accounts and integrated supply chain partners.
Maintain a positive image of the Company and stay up-to-date with industry changes and developments.
Coordinate tender documentation and other tender-related requirements effectively.
Proactively develop effective marketing tools and monitor competitor information.
Key Interfaces:
Customers, existing and prospective, across various market sectors.
Internal and field team members.
Colleagues within the organization.
Specialist Knowledge:
HVAC Experience.
Services and procedures (full training provided).
Rental Market/Construction/Industrial/Process/Food/Pharma/SPC Sectors.
Sales techniques and customer management skills.
Skills & Abilities:
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
Solution-oriented with commercial and financial awareness.
Proficient in negotiation and persuasion.
Excellent presentation skills and PC proficiency.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Education & Experience:
Commercial experience in Sales/Marketing/Account Management, preferably with a Rental Construction/Industrial background.
Proven track record of delivery and achievement.
How Is Performance Measured:
Revenue budget delivery and achievement of agreed targets.
Client retention and development, as well as new client growth and project wins.
Increasing turnover and profitability.
Personal review objectives.
