About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by offering comprehensive waste management solutions, including hazardous waste and recycling services. Your role will focus on building strong customer relationships and delivering consultative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

* Provide tailored waste management solutions based on customer needs.

* Close deals through effective negotiation and consultation.
