What you will be doing:
In this role, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Financial Support team, ensuring that daily activities within the department are processed and administered correctly and in line with service level agreements.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Drafting and dispatching letters on behalf of all consultants within the department
- Distributing incoming and outgoing post and emails
- Preparing letters to Housing Associations and Solicitors regarding rent/service charge arrears
- Making and responding to telephone calls to and from Solicitors, Asset Manage and Housing Associations
- Preparing invoices for approval and debiting accounts with fees and charges

- Previous work experience in an administrative role demonstrating excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication with high levels of attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
