THE ROLE
This role is both strategic and operational. You will be fully accountable for driving online sales and profit performance across all markets, identifying new opportunities to drive digital performance and growth. You will be an expert in eCommerce, a strong team player, and passionate about digital.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving the company eCommerce strategy across multiple channels and territories
- Keeping up to date with the latest eCommerce technology and functionality
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the Shopify website, including inventory and merchandising
- Working alongside the web development/UI/UX agency to manage website developments and core updates
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies and roadmaps, including technical, on-site, and off-site elements
- Working alongside an external agency to oversee PPC/Meta/TikTok campaigns
- Overseeing the management of the Email Marketing strategy alongside the head of marketing
- Working alongside stores to implement their paid marketing strategies
- Providing insights and reporting via Shopify and Google Analytics
- Managing Amazon Vendor accounts across the UK, Europe, and USA
- Managing marketplace advertising initiatives and PPC campaigns, including keywords and budgets for Amazon
- Developing and executing strategic trade plans to drive online sales growth in the US market, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, influencers, Brand, and our wider Global team to ensure the US site and Trade Calendar are aligned with wider business guidelines and objectives
- Monitoring key performance metrics and sales data, contributing to reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Implement A/B testing to execute a high-impact testing plan, including reporting on results and rolling out optimizations
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of eCommerce experience
- Commercially focused
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of autonomy
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator
- Confident using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, AdWords, Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Confident using Shopify
- Strong written skills
