Key Responsibilities:nConduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the retail and architectural sectors globally.nDevelop and implement strategic business plans to enter new markets and expand our presence in existing markets.nInitiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, including retailers, developers, and other stakeholders in the design and architecture industry.nPrepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to secure new contracts and partnerships.nMaintain strong relationships with major existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for additional engagements.nWork closely with operational teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and incorporated into project proposals.nCollaborate with other team members to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business development strategies, including things like the company website and social media platforms, including the development and maintenance of all marketing materials (portfolios, qualifications packages, brochures, etc.)nMonitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.nPrepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to upper management using key account metrics.nPromote the business with prominent industry speaking engagements, panel discussions, competitions and others. Requirements:nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.nProven experience (3-5 years) in business development or marketing, preferably in the design, architecture, or retail industry.nStrong understanding of the retail landscape and design market dynamics on a global scale.nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.nAbility to travel internationally as required.nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
