Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Unqualified SEND Teacher
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons for KS1 students with ASD and SLD.
Provide one-on-one support and lead group activities.
Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development.Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Experience with primary-age SEND students, preferably at Early Years level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's learning.What We Offer:
