About the role:
Are you a passionate and dedicated HLTA looking to make a real impact in a vibrant and supportive educational environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a school that is celebrated for its outstanding achievements and nurturing atmosphere. As an HLTA at our school, you will play a crucial role in supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. You will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and support students in their learning journey. This is a fantastic long-term position offering a great chance to grow and develop within your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivering and supporting high-quality teaching and learning.
• Provide support to students across Key Stages 1 and 2, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and implement effective learning strategies.
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
