As the Assistant Director (People Operations, Data & Systems) , you will play a pivotal role in driving the university’s People Strategy, working closely with the Director of People & Organisational Development and their wider leadership team. You will lead the People Operations and Data & Systems services, focusing on ensuring efficient operations, continuous process improvement, and an enhanced employee experience.


Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment, HR systems, people operations, information and reporting. Key projects include Academic Faculty and Professional Services Restructure, HESA, Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap, IR35, Industrial Relations Pay Deductions, and UKVI Audit. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of HR policies and support university-wide projects.
