Responsibilities
Prepare meticulously for property viewings, showcasing the distinctive features of each rental property.Skilfully negotiate rental terms and secure instructions with landlords during valuations.Professionally negotiate offers and upselling opportunities for interested applicants.Maintain crucial attention to detail in managing all paperwork and documentation related to lettings.Provide personalised updates and feedback to discerning landlords and tenants throughout the letting process.Stay abreast of trends in the rental market to offer informed guidance to clients.Demonstrate exceptional communication, proactivity, and adaptability in the dynamic realm of property lettings.
Skills & Attributes
At least 2 years' experience in a Lettings Negotiator position.Possession of a Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.Familiarity with the Hoddesdon/Hertfordshire property market.Previous experience generating and conducting lettings valuations.Possess the ability to network within the local market and promote the companys services to prospective clients & customers.Rapid resolution of customer issues to guarantee satisfaction.Proficient collaboration skills, effective in dynamic team settings.Commitment to ongoing learning and growth.Customer-focused mindset with meticulous attention to process detail.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Hours of Work
