Lettings Negotiator

Premier Work Support are seeking an enthusiastic, self-assured, and customer-centric individual to join and be a vital part of this cohesive team as a permanent **Lettings Negotiator**. You will be joining a dynamic and well-established Estate Agent situated in a bustling High Street in Hoddesdon.

This role involves driving business growth, participating in video and photo content for social media, and promoting properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate a professional telephone manner while managing incoming calls.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Engage in outbound calls with clients, applicants, and industry associates.
- Schedule appointments.
- Conduct accompanied property viewings.
- Promote properties for sale and actively seek new listings while providing updates to clients.
- Display proficiency in computer usage.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Thursday, 8:45am - 6:30pm, Friday 8:45am - 6:00pm, one Saturday every 4 weeks (Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm).

A valid, clean driving licence and own transport is required due to the nature of the role.
