An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Estimator or Senior Electrical Estimator to join a highly respected M&E Building Services contractor based in the Hoddesdon area.

The company provide Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning to various sectors including Retail, Healthcare, High-End Residential, and Commercial fit out projects, with typical contract values ranging from £100k up to £4m.

**Electrical Estimator - Key Activities include**:

- Respond to tender queries, prepare and submit competitive tender packages and quotations with values ranging from £100k up to £4m in accordance with the client’s requirements
- Assess the complexity of each project to determine the cost of labour and materials
- Assisting with the preparation of pre-qualification questionnaires for large tenders
- Analysis of contract documentation and preparation of accurate sub-contractor packages for pricing, as well as liaising and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

**Remuneration Package for the position of Electrical Estimator**:

- Base salary: £55k - £65k (depending on experience)
