Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced HR Administrator to join the brilliant HR team with a focus on providing support to the wider business. You will join a growing People team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.
What you will be doing
* Administering DBS checks, Right to Work checks and supporting with vetting requirements to ensure that new joiners comply with all IFG safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Preparing letters and contracts accurately in a timely manner and in accordance with required approval processes.
* Provide guidance to employees and managers on all HR and ER policies and procedures.
* Supporting the HR Business Partners with management of the absence management policy and process, highlighting any anomalies or trends.
* Support with training, development, maternity, paternity, and other leave requests, pay reviews and benefits administration.
What we are looking for
* Previous HR / Admin experience is essential.
* Self-motivated with confident people skills, an excellent telephone manner and exceptional literacy skills
* Confident skills with intermediate Word and Excel on a PC and experience managing information on a database.
* Be a strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
* Uncompromising attention to detail
* Experience of HR systems would be preferred, and experience of MHR i-Trent would be highly desirable
