As a Registered Manager, you will:
Lead the registration process with OFSTED.
Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with OFSTED standards.
Provide strong leadership and management to the staff team.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
Ensure the home provides high-quality, child-centred care.
Develop and manage the home's budget.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting.
Proven experience with OFSTED registration and inspections.
Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
