Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Administrator in Ascot.
Start Date: 05/01/2024
Duration: 2-4 weeks
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:30-3:30
Pay rate: £13ph
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, and updating databases
Support the HR team in coordinating the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Collaborate with the HR team to organise and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle general inquiries from employees with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service
Support the HR team in organising and coordinating employee training and development programmes
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and proceduresThe ideal candidate will have/be:
A current up to date Enhanced DBS
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionWhilst working via Office Angels you'll receive:
