What you'll be doing
You will have experience as a Senior Project Manager leading the Project management team with the planning and daily execution of the MEP Services on a construction project. You will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the project schedule, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets. You will also liaise with Customer and Construction Team.
Who we're looking for
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the project management team in planning and executing MEP services on construction projects. Your responsibilities include:
Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of the project, including scope of work, bid package development, and overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.

Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules by coordinating submittal approvals, timely delivery of materials, and adherence to budgets.

Quality Control: Ensure quality standards by conducting preconstruction and progress meetings, verifying subcontractor deliveries, and administering project submittals.

Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and owner representatives, assisting in the preparation of progress reports and meeting minutes.

Documentation: Handle proposal changes, RFIs, and update “as-built” drawings, ensuring all changes are fully coordinated with supervision and subcontractors.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading major projects up to £15 million within the education sector, prisons, or complex structures.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, with the ability to manage the process of submittal approvals and project schedules.

Qualifications: MEP Building Services or have experience in a related field position.

Commitment to Quality: Dedication to evaluating and improving project-related processes to meet/exceed customer expectations.

Integrity: High levels of integrity with a focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and supporting company values.
