IT Application Support Enigneer | Trowbridge | £26,000


Peaple Talent has partnered Security system company looking for IT Application support and deployment technician.


Our client is looking for someone with IT support understanding and experience in customer service.

The Role:


You will be primarily responsible for 1st line triage and resolution of user-reported issues,


Based on site working and tasked with the following:


Desired skills

• Previous IT remote phone support experience.

• Support desk experience

• Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL.

• Experience in fault diagnosis of networking hardware.

• Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems

• Experience of hardware assembly e.g. servers and workstations.

• Experience of Linux OS and containers.



The Candidate:


The ideal candidate for this IT application support technician will have relevant experience with Microsoft, office365 and preferably work in IT support.

You’ll also need a background in Experience working with Windows 10 in a corporate environment and furthermore working with hardware products,

Plus, it’s vital that you have experience with mircosoft365

The Package:


Basic salary: 26,000 per annum
