Digital Marketing Specialist
Milton Keynes
£37,000 per annum

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation that are looking for an experienced marketing specialist with didgital experience who can plan and manage all of their marketing campaigns. You will report to the Managing Director and contribute to the organisation’s marketing strategy to increase customer sales and engagement. This is a stand alone role with support from the European Marketing team.

Job requirements

• Devising innovate digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation’s overarching marketing strategy.
• Managing and moderating the organisation’s website content.
• Produce compelling content and copy that resonates with the target audience, including written articles, graphics, videos and interactive media.
• Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the organisation’s website, including SEM/SEO/PPC.
• Moderating all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Management and Analyic reporting for LinkedIn.
• Utilise strategic thinking, creativity and innovation in planning and building strong programmes through close collaboration with global partners and cross-functional teams.
• Produce and collaborate with customers to obtain testimonials/case studies to enhance the organisation’s brand.
• Management of the organisation’s Amazon shop and products.
• Support with new product launches, attend events, organise exhibitions and deal with campaigns.
• Managing the digital marketing budget, including controlling and directing Google Ad spend and allocating budgets across different channels and platforms.
• Producing regular digital dashboards for the Leadership Team, reporting progress set against KPIs.
• Print advertising and editorials.

Your profile
• Proven experience working in a digital marketing function for an organisation.
• Strong track record implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience using content management systems.
• Ability to work independently using own initiative to identify and improve current processes and explore further opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines.
• Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example Google Analytics.
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
• Batchelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing.
