The service is currently looking for Mental Health Social Workers & RMNs for a contract position working as a Band 7 Senior Social Worker. The post holder will be supporting individuals and leading the team to care for service users with mental health difficulties. Mental Health experience is essential, also with a valid driver’s license.
Purpose of the service;
* Work as a lead member of the wider MDT.
* To use exemplary social work knowledge and practice and be committed to undertake person centred work with individuals and families focussing on their strengths, interests and assets.
Duties will involve;
* Risk assessments and risk management plans.
* Ensure service users are provided with robust care assessments.
* Respond to referrals and enquiries.
* Effective communication.
* Specialist mental health knowledge.
* Personalised care.
This position is full-time hours – working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (9 to 5).
Pay Rate: £30.00 p/hr
The applicant must be experienced in mental health and able to work at Band 7 level.
