A leading provider of innovative solutions in the agriculture, building and fabrication sectors, are seeking a dynamic and driven Export Sales Manager to join the team and develop sales across distribution channels within Europe across agricultural and building sectors.
Job Description: As an Export Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving European sales efforts and expanding market presence in the agriculture, building and fabrication sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve export sales targets and expand market share in the agriculture and building fabrication sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including researching market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer requirements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in new business development selling into one of the following sectors- agriculture, building, equestrian or fabrication .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
