About the Role: As the Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage high-value residential refurbishment projects across the UK. Your role will involve overseeing a team of Project Managers, ensuring that each project is delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will report directly to the Operations Manager, providing key updates and insights into project progress and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lifecycle of high-end residential refurbishment projects, from inception to completion.
Oversee and support Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and strong working relationships.
Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and resources effectively.
Report directly to the Operations Manager, providing regular updates on project status and any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with all relevant UK construction regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Proven high-end residential construction work experience in the UK.
Experience managing and mentoring Project Managers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
