We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Densell Recruitment. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property reinstatement projects, including domestic and commercial repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of property reinstatement projects, including domestic and commercial repairs
- Schedule repairs and redecoration works, and produce scopes
- Manage contractors and repairs projects to completion, including cost management
- Ensure Health & Safety and CDM compliance, and carry out site audits
- Identify new contractors for addition to the network as required
- Performance manage and audit contractors in your area
Requirements:
- Experience in contract managing property refurbishments and renovation projects is essential
- Some insurance claim damage or subsidence experience/knowledge would be ideal
- Working knowledge of Asbestos Handling, CDM, DPA, H&S, and Party Wall Act is required
- Ideal candidates will have a building/technical related qualification, such as an HNC or Building Surveying/Engineering Degree
- Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills are essential
