The growing team are looking for another SEO Manager to join their incredible SEO team
Job Overview:
This all-rounder role requires expertise in both content and technical SEO to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that enhance search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and achieve clients' business goals. This hire will work across a portfolio of flagship B2B clients across the UK and internationally including across the finance and property sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the specific needs of B2B clients.
Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical and content-related SEO opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and create SEO roadmaps that align with their goals.
Perform technical audits to identify issues related to website structure, crawlability, indexing, and other technical aspects.
Implement on-page and off-page optimisation techniques.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities.
Develop and optimise high-quality, engaging content that aligns with clients' target audience and business objectives.
Collaborate with content creators and the digital PR team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content production.
Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to clients on key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Adjust strategies based on performance data and industry trends to continuously improve SEO efforts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to review performance, discuss strategies, and address any concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success.
Line manage a SEO Executive and mentor them as they grow and develop their SEO career.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
3+ years of agency side, client facing SEO experience.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including website architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and schema markup.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present reports to clients.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Experience in managing B2B clients and/or international SEO experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
