This is a well established charity that provides a variety of services supporting women, men & children who have been victims of abuse. They access the community to support victims as part of commissioned contracts to offer a holistic & trauma informed to these individuals.
Your new role
The purpose of this Support Worker vacancy is to bring about lasting change in how individuals with multiple and complex needs are supported within safe accommodation. You will provide assertive, specialist, personalised interventions and group work, and will work with service users & partners to provide tailored support and care, to enable individuals to realise their aspirations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience of working with vulnerable client groups whose needs have not been met by existing services. This is a challenging role that requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders and clients on all levels.
Due to the nature of the service, you must be female to be considered for the role.
