Academic Leader
Location: London Bridge
We are looking for an Academic Leader to join our team.
As an Academic Leader at Kaplan International College London, you will use your knowledge of teaching and learning to ensure that our academic programme enables students to perform to the absolute best of their ability. You will enjoy working with international students, be student-focused, be open to change and development, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be fully committed to ensuring all our students’ success.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Academic Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
Academic Leader - What you’ll bring to the role

Strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching

Experience of managing a curriculum area/s
*
Knowledge of the needs of international students
*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*
Strong resource allocation and organizational skills
*
Ability to analyse data to make informed conclusions
*
Ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams
*
A bachelor's degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Master’s degree or higher
*
A teaching qualification is desirable
