As a Change Manager specialising in Account Transformation, Innovation, and Improvements at Mitie, you will be instrumental in driving change initiatives across client accounts to enhance service delivery, achieve cost savings, and foster innovation. Working within a complex environment, you will lead cross-functional teams, leverage Mitie's core values, and implement strategies to drive successful transformational change.


Change Leadership:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to each client account, aligned with Mitie's core values and objectives.
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams through the change process, ensuring alignment, engagement, and successful implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and frontline staff, to understand their needs, gain buy-in, and foster a collaborative partnership.
  • Communicate effectively to manage expectations, address concerns, and solicit feedback throughout the transformation journey.

Account Transformation:

  • Analyse existing processes, systems, and workflows within client accounts to identify areas for improvement and transformation.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions and strategies to streamline operations, optimise resource allocation, and enhance service delivery.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within client accounts, leveraging Mitie's expertise and industry best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and implement innovative technologies, practices, and solutions to drive efficiency and enhance service quality.

Cost Savings:

  • Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies without compromising service quality.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction strategies, monitor performance, and track savings achieved over time.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR


You should have proven experience in change management, account management, or operations management within the facilities management industry. A strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices is essential. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.


Additionally, your demonstrated ability to drive innovation, cost savings, and service improvements within client accounts is commendable.
