Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed person to join our team at Maranello Classic Parts, the only worldwide Ferrari authorised classic parts distributor, who ensure that the heritage of Ferrari vehicles of the past and present are preserved, ranging from 1947 up to the modern supercar of today. This role is for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated person with a strong knowledge of parts administration and current Import and Export experience.
You will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. 
 
Some of the duties & responsibilities include:
• Goods Inwards Admin
• Vehicle storage Admin
• Stock Check administration
• Financial spreadsheet analysis
• Processing of purchase ledger invoices
• Freight – Import and export Admin
• Supplier and Customer Database - updating
• Assist in general administration, filing, copying, shredding and record keeping.
• Checking & recording shipping provider invoices in conjunction with Accountant 
• Accurately process work with efficiency and keep customer or colleague's advised of progress
 
Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon – Friday and stock check support in the first two weeks of October inc weekend working 
About you
 
You will need to have an analytical, inquisitive and fast thinking mind-set and be a confident individual who works very well in a team environment.
Experience working with automotive parts would be an advantage 
Working with a thorough attention to detail and having the ability to spot "problems" will be an important requirement.
Accounting knowledge would be useful and a strong working knowledge of excel would be a benefit. Additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
The ability to multi task and be organised, with a proactive approach is imperative as this role is full of variety and you will certainly not be bored
