Overview
Your opportunity to join a growing food manufacturing site which is part of a large group going from strength to strength.
Work to retailer standards such Tesco and benefit from the opportunities which come from being part of an expanding site.
The Role
* Provide assistance to ensure that all internal audits are completed as per the schedule.
* Assist the Technical Manager in ensuring that any non-conformances raised during the internal audits are completed and signed off by the appropriate person within the agreed timescales.
* Provide assistance with third party or retailer visits / audits.
* Assist in the completion of GMP, Fabrication, Hygiene, Documentation, CCP, Pest Management, etc. internal audits on site.
* Manage the traceability system for the site and complete any traceability studies that are requested by customers, sister sites, third parties etc.
* Review customer complaint data and establish trends.
The Candidate
* Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Manager
* Previous experience in food manufacturing.
